With the majority of Canadians practicing social distancing, buying and selling real estate has become more challenging. Especially with townhomes and condos, where there's shared common areas - showing the full property can be more complicated.
That being said, there is still significant demand from homebuyers, and as a result we've needed to adopt new strategies.
It's likely that we will see these new strategies used even after this pandemic has passed.
Below is a brief overview of some changes we've made to the process of buying and selling real estate in BC.
